ROLES & RESPOSIBILITIES
Work closely with Cloud COE teams to design the solution, functional & technical requirements, analysis, conducting CRPs, UATs, QA and supporting the implementation for successful completion and go-live.
Understand and articulate complex business needs of the customer, product fitment, identifying gaps and architecting solutions.
Responsible for customer satisfaction, Project delivery assigning right / competent resources, overseeing the project progress and deliverables.
Development of implementation methodologies, tool kits, templates and driving completion within the estimated time and efforts.
Ensure the practice has the necessary skills and expertise to deliver solutions to the market
Proactive visualization of product improvements and to enhance consultants skills and implementation of the same
Interacting with other practice/ delivery unit heads to fulfill resource needs and proactively planning and communicating them.
Create hiring and training plans to support the practice strategy taking into account future demand, current team skills, and availability
Oversee recruiting, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding of consultants for the practice.
Post production Support, Maintenance and Continuous improvements of the implemented solution
Build, nurture and manage ongoing relationships with customer teams.
Be familiar with competition, emerging technologies and market
Responsible for completing on-time performance appraisals and develop training and Career Development Plans (IDPs) for direct reports.
Provide oversight to project managers for the successful delivery of projects
Take ownership of customer escalations and accountable for their resolution.
Coordinate with onsite practice leads/ Project managers for successful delivery of the project/ engagements.
Responsible for Project profitability, manage business operations/resources in a manner that fulfils business goals, meets budgets, and maintains strategic direction
Achieve Utilization goals and bench targets. Ensure timely approval of timesheet and help timely invoicing to customers
Assist and encourage team to develop intellectual capital, reusable assets, and ensure the team is harvesting, and using the reusable assets and intellectual capital.
Education Qualification & Experience
Min Bachelors degree (B.E., B.Tech. B.S.,) and preferably with a Management Diploma/ Degree in specializations like SCM, Operations, IT etc.
15+ years overall experience in implementation, upgrade, support of Oracle SCM suite of applications as functional consultant/ lead.
Experience with at least 2-3 cloud delivery engagements in the Finance, Procurement, SCM cloud implementations as project manager/ lead.
In-depth knowledge of business functions and expertise in business analysis techniques.
Experience in managing a practice with independently building a team of consultants (min 20-25) and managing its operations successfully.
In-depth knowledge SCM products / modules and skill in a variety of Oracle techniques, methodologies, Practices being adopted in implementations, upgrades and Maintenance & support engagements
Willing to work extended hours during the critical times of the projects and escalations
Willing to take up short & long travels to client locations across the world as and when required
