Job Description

Front Office Executive will play a key role in managing the front office and welcoming visitors, answering calls, operating necessary front office equipment, etc... to ensure high-quality guest relation. The designated officer will be required to manage multiple competing priorities in an extremely fast-paced environment. The individual must have the ability to anticipate needs, work independently and take initiative. Should be able to handle calendar events and scheduling needs. The individual should be articulate, personable, resourceful, detail-oriented, outgoing, and trustworthy and have strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.

Position Responsibilities:
The individual will manage a wide range of support functions. The ability to interact with visitors and employees and clients at all levels in a fast-paced environment, while remaining flexible, proactive, and resourceful with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.
Manage the front office
Responsible for walk -ins and welcoming visitors
Responsible for F&B for key meetings and events
Facility Management (pantry, housekeeping, etc.)
Field heavy call volume, answer and respond to calls/emails, providing a high level of service
Provide administrative support including coordinating logistics, schedules and travel arrangements efficiently
Responsible for office cafeteria
Upkeep of reception area
Maintaining employee and department directories
The Front Office Executive is personable, reliable and the epitome of diplomacy and professionalism and takes an active interest in the success of the company
Confers and cooperates with other departments as needed to ensure coordination of activities
Manage and work closely with location head and Administration head for any administrative activities

Ideal candidate should have very good written and spoken English communication skills.

Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in hospitality or a similar role in any organization along with a graduation degree in any field with-
Customer service skills
Team Management skills
Written and oral communication skills at the highest standard
Sound project management skills and experience.
An organised individual, with excellent time-management skills
Able to work under pressure & meet deadlines
Attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Persuasive, enthusiastic and tenacious
IT skills
