Job Description

Act as the one point contact for assigned Franchisees. Ensure long term relationship and the Franchisee by envisaging their requirements and meeting the same within company guidelines. Identify and meet their routine requirements in terms of parts, etc. and promote solutions to achieve mutual & end customer satisfaction; contributing to the growth of business. Key Result Areas, Associated Responsibilities and Performance Indicators - 1 Franchisee Operations Ensure smooth execution of all activities at Franchisees by continually monitoring and reviewing the overall performance 1. FOFO Retention rate 2. Franchise Satisfaction Score 3. % of complaint calls received for the Franchisees 4. DWM 7 / BASE CAMP 3 5. Vehicle Inflow at Franchisees (Revenue / FOFO) 6. % On Time Delivery of Spare Parts to Franchisee 7. Spare Parts Availability at FOFO 8. % and Value of cancelled orders 9. Customer Satisfaction Index Coordinate with Zonal Support team for ensuring support that may be required in terms of technical assistance, induction programme, IT / SAP support, etc. is provided to the Franchisee Provide holistic support to franchisees for its smooth functioning and running to increase profitability Provide support in hiring and training franchisee staff and coordinate with Franchisee HR Team for the same Liaison with all relevant departments to ensure issue resolution as may be faced by the franchisee Ensure availability of spares at the franchisees as per requirement avoiding cancellation of orders Keep track of the functioning of the Hub with a focus on on - time delivery by runners as per Franchisee requirement Coordinate with Area Parts Manager to resolve any spares supply related issues faced by the franchisee in terms of supply or quality of spare parts Keep close track of parts directly sourced by Franchisee independent Drive customer footfall at all franchisees in territory by implementing the approved BD activities for the franchisees Drive and Coordinate with Network Expansion Manager for securing marketing budget approvals to initiate necessary BD activities at the Franchisee Interact periodically with end customers to capture their satisfaction with Franchisee services Ensure timely receipt of payment / credit to Franchisee towards BD activities Enhance the capability of the Franchisee's employees for superior provision of services for efficient service and conduct by Franchisee employees to the end customers Facilitate and monitor franchisee's business growth and enable franchisees for appropriate corrective actions on time 2 Budget, Profitability & Cost Efficiencies Ensure performance of the franchisee as budgeted 1. % of Spares billing 2. Defaults in collection of royalty fee 3. Value Recovery Of FOFO Debtors 4. Achieving Overall Revenue Target of the territory 5. % Insurance Sale 6. % of RO (SMC, WBW, etc.) 7. Spare Parts sales to FOFO Ensure payments by the franchisee against supplied spares / offerings are cleared in time Ensure timely collection of royalty fees from the franchisee Ensure all services provided by the franchisee to end customers is billed through recommended software (SAP) Promote sale of SMC, WBW, Assure Programme and other offerings from Franchisees Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time
