Job Description

Specific Duties
1. Ensure all transactions for the day are entered in the Baan ERP system by the accounting team.
2. Ensure invoicing is carried out by the concerned accounts assistant on a real time basis.
3. Ensure Cash Statement of each fortnight week is available together with prior fortnight allocation and usage.
4. Follow up and obtain bank statements regularly and ensure month end statements are available on the first working day after the closure of the month.
5. Ensure cash flow forecast for the month and for the next two month are ready within the first of week.
6. Assist the GM Finance in the preparation of all management accounts by the 10th of each month.
7. Assist the GM Finance in the preparation of annual company budget.
9. Monthly Statistical information.

Educational Qualification :
Chartered Accountant (CA) having 10 yrs of experience and has worked in Gulf country .
Good communication skill
