Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma Layer : P1A Roles & Responsibilities : a. Should have worked as a Technical Service Desk Executive for min 0 - 1 yrs. b. Good communication (written & oral) c. Should have performed all Service desk activities (pending call follow up , vendor interaction , user interaction , etc.).. d. Exposure to MS Outlook. e. Should have exposure to PC , laptop and printer troubleshooting (RIM). f. Should have exposure to Win 7 apart from win XP. g. Should have exposure to basic network troubleshooting. h. Should have exposure to installation of software and application using installation tools. i. Exposure to Lotus notes , MS Outlook , MS word , MS excel and Media back up. j. Good interpersonal , Analytical skills , Systematic and rational approach in identifying & understanding problems. k. Willingness to learn and zeal towards providing desktop support and handling IT tickets. l. Exposure to reporting. m. Willingness to work 24 / 7.
