Job Description

1. Interact with Customers for accomplishing Contract management activities such as Sales, Invoicing & Deliveries, Statutory document collection, PO amendments, Billing, Payment Collection, Communication to Customer and Tracking of Contract in all respects
2. Coordinate with estimation, Project Management, Finance & Accounts teams
3. Ensure Quality compliance for GMA - M&A Marketing function and preparation for BU Audits
4. Tracking of Tenders, Tender Websites, Customer visits, Understanding of customers requirements, Support to estimation for techno-commercial requirements
5. Prepare and submit Techno Commercial proposals/offers in response to RFIs / EOIs / RFPs
6. Mapping Competition and Market Survey.

Competencies required:

Techno Commercial skills
Good networking skills and ability to manage accounts
Proficiency in making proposals and presentations
Accomplish tasks independently
