Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :
1. Key Responsibilities: Assisting the MD in his daily office work and providing administrative support. Processing all outgoing and incoming communication in the form of emails, letters, voice messages or other forms of communication on behalf of MD. Segregating mails and Responding to emails on behalf of MD etc. Managing his calendar- Schedule of meetings, appointments & travels etc. Coordinating his meetings, presentations etc. Arranging and assisting in the coordination of staff meetings, training programs etc and taking the minutes. Coordination and follow up with various departments as per requirement. Making operational reports/ MIS/ Key Result Area/KPI and analysis report for MD or reports for MD as per requirement. Making travel arrangement. File Management.
2. Candidate should have 3-5 yrs of experience as an assistant or secretary to the MD of a company/ an office coordinator with steady experience in admin coordinating.
Should have Graduated from a secretarial college. Should have excellent follow up skills. Working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially Excel and Word. Should have a good command over English. Shorthand skills. Married, preferably with kids. Residing within 45 minutes of travelling time from the company office at Mayapuri Industrial Area. Should have stayed in jobs and not be a job hopper.
