• Providing creative ideas to the MD for the up gradation in write ups like speeches and articles, writing contents for company magazines, brochures, diary etc.
• Communicate with media, publication relating to events and printing materials.
• Prepare reports of the entire task to be done as assigned by the MD.
• Organizing and scheduling daily meetings on behalf of MD.
• Drafting of letters, minutes of meeting, Typing & editing documents in MS office. Documentation of files.
• Dealing with the mails independently as per the directed terms. Handle hotel booking, travel arrangements like flight and railway ticket bookings and other related issues for company employees and guests.
• Arrange and coordinate meetings and events. Partially handling the HR tasks, corresponding with candidates regarding upcoming interview schedules as directed by the management.
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing communications and documentation, including distribution as appropriate, obtaining background information and preparing standard replies.
