Job Description

Executive Assistant / Business Operations Manager

is responsible for providing

General Administrative support to ED / Directors office as well as specific support to the directors

on special projects including

MIS, Reports, Project Management and Presentations.


The Business Manager must be adept at producing high-quality documents (Word, Excel) and presentations (PowerPoint) under tight deadlines, therefore knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential.


Multitasking and prioritizing workflow are essential to success in this role.


The resources should be able to communicate in an articulate manner (written, verbal), and be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.


Job Location: Gurgoan [Sector 31]/ Delhi [ Rohini]
Exp : Any Graduate & 5-10 Yrs of Exp in Business Operations/ EA Role


Job Details: Requirements: 

1.Assisting Senior Management Directors / MD in day -Day operation

2.Data Collation, Compilation & Presentation per business requirements

3.Multitasking & Prioritizing of Workflow as per business needs / directives by Senior management

4.Coordination with External Clients for Meetings and Seminars

5.Vendors administration, Office Administration

6.Maintaining Contacts and Calendars via Outlook.

7.Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.

8.Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.

9.Maintaining general office tidiness for Directors Office.

10.Providing direct administrative support to Companies Executive Directors.

11.Helping with presentations, documentation and mails.

12. Attending and assisting with community events.

13.Assisting with other special projects related to design and exhibitions.


14.Excellent Communication Written & Verbal, Inter-Personal and Presentation Skills


15.Running errands and performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Qualifications.
