Job Description

Job Responsibilities. Keep track of the CEO's calendar Plan and schedule meetings, appointments, events, offsites and manage travel itineraries Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analysing information; initiating telecommunications Prepare pitch deck, investor emails, monthly updates Work with "Series B" team to orchestrate PR, create stories, author articles handle CEOs twitter account, social media communication, etc. Generate periodical reports Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners Follow up with various teams to ensure resolution Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Requirements Smart and presentable personality Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt and handle all situations Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems.
