• Should have experience in Software sales experience in the International market
• The incumbent will be accountable for developing and closing net new business/ new accounts in Mid-Size to Large companies by adopting an aggressive value selling approach
• Should be able to meet the Sales target.
• An aggressive approach to penetrate new accounts by connecting and establishing relationships with senior-level executives
• Should be able to forecast accurately the sales closures based upon realistic opportunity assessments
• Must have a coordinated team approach to work with an Inside sales team to maximize penetration into territory
• This key member must have a minimum of 7+ years of software sales experience in the International market
• Excellent selling skills, probing skills, Negotiating & networking skills
• Good engagement skills to establish a connect with the prospects and create an interest level to take the conversation to a demo stage
• Ability to manage group dynamics, objection handling
• Presence of mind, spontaneity & Perseverance
• Solution selling experience is an added advantage
