Lead and maintain PFMEA, Control Plan for Manufacturing processes
Review manufacturing processes, collaborate with team on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities
Conduct Risk Assessments & recommend actions
Participate in NPI/Tech Transfer activities in the factory and secure quality capable processes from launch
Manage risk & drive continuous improvements
Manage engineering changes & its changes to finalization of the PPAP
Integrate lessons learned in PPAP activities with all factories
Understanding of PPAP & development process
Understanding of FMEA and GD&T.
Understanding of manufacturing engineering with respect to one or more of these areas: automated assembly equipment, complex product assemblies, mechanisms, metal and plastic, forming, injection molding technologies, tooling, fixtures and gauges.
Ability to read & understand Engineering drawings and Technical documents
Knowledge of SAP or similar production systems
Fluent in English (Oral & Written)
Proficient in MS Excel & Power point
Ability to plan & prioritize under pressure.
Results orientation with strong written and oral communications skills.
Ability to work independently, as well as in teams and shows readiness to take on the task available
Willingness to Travel Domestic & Overseas
Degree in Engineering, preferably Polymer or Mechanical.
Experience in Blades manufacturing, preferable.
Hands on experience in creating PFMEA, Control plan & necessary quality documentation.
