1. Manage medium to large consulting engagements with high value customers - customer engagement, project management and delivery quality
2. Own revenue plan and customer relationships Growth (existing customer / project) and Hunt
3. Strong focus on Thought leadership
4. Mentor and guide by managing project teams aspirations, needs and expectations and help them grow and deliver quality projects
5. Customer consulting role (Not just customer interaction during project delivery)
7. Expertise in product engineering is preferred.
8. Expertise on many of the following vertical / domains is mandatory
a. Telecom TEM and CSP
f. Medical devices (not pharma)
g. Software / Internet
9. Experience in consulting methodologies and frameworks. Rigor in research
10. International customer experience
11. Willingness to learn consulting and make a career in this industry people looking to get a flavor of consulting or experiment may kindly stay away.
12. Strong leadership skills with ability to get hands dirty and deliver independently if required
13. Must be able to lead by example in terms of work quality, ethics and discipline.
