The Growth Marketer-CRM is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of email marketing programs in support of company and business unit objectives. This includes ownership of the setup, maintenance, and quarterly review of reoccurring and triggered email communications. Additionally, this individual maintains a current understanding of email marketing best practices and applies them to the execution of our email campaigns in collaboration with the Direct Marketing Manager. - Strategies and execute CRM strategies that engage millions of users across SMS, email, push notifications, and other channels. - Design a unified view of our customer across various stages of the funnel. - Build the vision for technology platform to deliver the required data and metrics to execute your plans. - Ensure consistent and effective interventions in the conversion funnel brand across all mobile and online platforms on a day to day basis. - Analyse, scrutinize, and test hundreds of hypotheses to drive real value including target segmentation and A/B creative testing. Rinse and repeat. - Design and deploy best practices with email design and content, and apply rigorous testing to ensure that conversion metrics are met and our brand is portrayed and communicated effectively - Own the ideation, conceptualization & execution of coordinated email marketing campaigns in an orchestrated fashion - Generating relevant content strategy along with the in-house content writer for engaging email content - Generating amazing design/graphic ideas along with our in-house UX expert for the email campaigns - Implementing email marketing best practices like segmenting, targeting, frequency and deliver-ability - Hands on list generation, list management and list scrubbing activity - Generating opt-ins from potential prospects - Manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including the program schedules, design templates, calls-to-action, A/B tests and content used in your email sends. - Create and segment lists based on behaviors and interactions (content downloads, page visits, etc.); measure results and optimize nurture efforts to convert leads to customers. - Listen and engage in relevant social discussion about our company, competitors, and/or industry - from existing customers and leads and brand new audience.
