This position is responsible for providing the technical support for Security Products (Video Systems, & Intrusion Systems) to customers and sales channel. The candidate is responsible to drive the technical training and competency of partner base. The candidate needs to work with Level-1 and Field Support to commission and troubleshoot field concerns for Video and Intrusion and alarm products. This person is responsible to support NPI launch activities. This position reports to Technical Manager for Security LOB.
- Conducting certification training on Video and Intrusion product portfolio for Channel Base.
- Support Technical Competency enhancement for Level-1 Tech Support, Field Support Engineer and Application Engineer and Service Center.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 Support for IP Video, Intrusion Alarm System for Field Issues.
- Performing Beta Tests of NPI products and support Launch Programs.
- Drive Deployment of complex engineered solution on Field with the help of Channel Partner.
- Liaise with global factories on product quality enhancements.
