Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
To provide correct and latest information about the projects to the client..
Regular follow up on allocations & references.
Regular feedback to the marketing on the received allocations.
Follow up with prospects to close sales with utmost transparency
Co-ordination with concerned department for required documents
To answer client queries on priority.
Telephone or Email to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
