Candidates aspiring for CEO roles should have a minimum of 10 years experience as Profit Centre Head and leading a multi cultural organization. Those aspiring for COO should have a minimum 5 years of experience of heading operations of a medium size company with a minimum turnover of INR 300 Crores with minimum three-location operations. The requirement for CXOs / Business Heads will be a minimum of 5 years in heading their respective domains.
