To assess the present Manpower capability and identify the need of Traning in coordingation with H.O HR team
2.To prepare the monthly training calendar and arrange various traning programs for all level through internal and external faculties
.Handling the Recruitment and Selection for AHM unit as per the manpower requisition.
4. To monitor and guide the HR team members of AHM units for Monthly MIS/ Manpower Productivity reports/ Documentation and Record keeping.
