Job Description


? Responsible for Manpower mobilisation / deployment / demobilisation in alignment with schedule for various ongoing projects in domestic and International locations.
? Lead all international assignment services covering immigration, expat compensation, and relocation activities and legal issues.
? Coordinate outbound International Mobility (long term and short term assignments) to Europe countries.
? Support the design, implementation and administration of global assignment programs Manage all processes and daily activities related to global assignments.
? Collaborate with various stake holders for International Compensation, Expat Tax, Payroll, Finance, and Int'l Assignees. Serving as the central point of reference for international assignment issues.
? Manage all global assignments from identification of the assignee to the settling of the assignee in host location. Serving as the central point of reference for international assignment issues.
? Oversee and manage logistics arrangement associated with the assignment; actual relocation, immigration requirements, home finding, payroll signup/transfer etc.
? Conduct expatriate orientation session providing information on related policies, benefits and pay package calculations. Provide information/support to family members as requested.
