Position Purpose: 1. Build a portfolio ofLarge Corporate clients (companies over USD 500 Mn equivalent in turnover) across Mumbai while respecting the banks credit, compliance and profitability standards. 2. Enhance and deepen key client relationships with ideation, strategic discussions at senior levels. 3. Ability to identify key event drive transactions and bring in relevant stakeholders well in advance for delivery. Responsibilities: Direct Responsibilities: Implement sales strategies for key clients as agreed in client action plan. Identify and onboard new customers keeping in mind the banks strengths and objectives Monitor quality of credit portfolio Deliver a differentiated pricing and product strategy based on cross sell and maximizing client revenues and ensuring returns threshold. Increase segment revenues as defined in the budgets/ plans. Build a portfolio of clients with multiproduct requirements, respecting the banks credit, compliance and profitability standards Ensure onboarding of right clients to avoid quick mortality and credit losses Work with stakeholders (GTB, GM, WM, IBA,) for a co-ordinated approach to offering solutions and products to clients. Post disbursal monitoring of portfolio to catch early warning signals of any credit deterioration. Ensure compliance with internal policies as well as regulatory requirements.
