Role & Responsibilities:
Content Writing:
o Create succinct, fact-filled and engaging content for the organization for multiple set of audience.
o Manage all content and projects as per requirement
o Write, edit, and proofread content for internal teams
o Ensure content standard is maintained and all documents meet established content standards
o Content creation for:
Marketing: Case Study, Brochure, Presentations, Award Nominations, e-Mailers
Online: Blogs, Website, Social Media Posts & Updates
Internal Communications: Newsletters, E-mailers, Case Study
Media Communications: Articles, Features, Bios, Profiles etc.
o Create communication/marketing plan for the organization including Marketing, Promotions, PR, Online, Events & Advertising etc.
o Coordinate for marketing/media/public relations activities with various internal stakeholders to develop required content for communication and also work with the HR and other support functions to coordinate internal events and related communications.
o Coordination, planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns for external conferences & events.
o Research & pursue relevant award forums to nominate organizationf
o Create & maintain media relations for the organization

Internal Communications:
o Prepare & edit organizational publications for internal audiences - Newsletters, Case Studies etc.
o Provide communications counsel, planning and support to various stakeholders like HR, Operations, Leadership
o Creating email communications, presentations, videos etc. to convey important org. messages to the internal audience
o Responsible for consistency of look and feel and branding of documents and initiatives, including designing graphics, brochures etc.
o Own site branding guidelines are adhered to and met throughout active projects and past ones.
o Create communication plan for TP social media marketing and promotion
o Periodic Social media updates and promotional activities for all organization Channels engaging the target audience including employees.
