Supporting all the endpoints installation in production floor which includes Desktops/ Laptops / Phones / production and support Applications.
2. Application knowledge on MS Office products (Excel, Word, Power-point, and Outlook) is necessary.
3. Inter personnel skill for communicating incidents to Client counterpart over phone and email.
4. Understand Internal and External customer requirement and provide them resolution.
5. Monitoring Links & reporting of any outage, coordinating with respective teams as and when required.
6. Hands-on experience with any ticketing tool system and Report generation.
7. Knowledge of any Voice architecture ( Avaya or Dialler ) would be and extra advantage.
