Drive Senior Leadership training initiatives across the levels.
Collaborate with service line leaders, represent L&D, understand their business requirements and propose appropriate learning solutions at the level of service lines.
Developing/ Designing training modules to suit target audience
Leading and Delivery of training and development programmes in batches.
Develop training calendars, and roadmaps for subsequent training needs.
Must have 7-10 years of experience in leadership training.
Must have delivered trainings on own to Middle Management and above level.
