Actively participate in implementing customized functional development initiatives.

Co-ordinate with business teams to ensure content is delivered
o Provide relevant periodic status updates to the head of each team aligned to the project to ensure consistency
Publish monthly training calendars per zone/ location to ZSM and above at least a month in advance, unless it is an urgent requirement as suggested by the central team and/ or the Business Head
Support to Seek training inputs from ZSM and NSMs for their respective teams
Regional trainers to travel extensively and cover 90% of their locations per quarter for training delivery.
o Monthly report out basis branch visits (training status, feedback, branch visit observations, challenges etc.)
Maintaining employee training report card and closely monitor employee development
o Define certification levels per functional training - Apprentice, Pro & Expert
o For each band and role, set different levels of functional training yardstick
Assist in data collation, back end research and logistic administration
