Key Responsibilities :
- Engaging with senior business leaders, defining resourcing strategy and delivering key priorities for the business
- Manpower budget to be translated into clear job requirements to ensure timely delivery.
- Managing the recruitment process end to end
- Develop and cultivate good relationships with candidates & sourcing partners
- Headhunting, referral hiring, recruitment using social media
- Ensuring quality recruitment experience
Skills & Abilities :
- MBA in HR with 1-5 years of experience
- Good communication skills - both oral and written.
- Ability to understand business situations and challenges
- Ability to effectively engage with a cross section of people
