Job Description: - Experience in NBFC or worked in Arbitration/ Section no. 138. Identify potential - workable / non -workable contracts Property details for attachment Filing of EP / 138 against JD Conducting Lok Adalat / Conciliation Camp Negotiation with customer for settlement Execution of summons / warrants Sourcing of advocate To ensure and to initiate legal action in all Disposal loss, Bad debts and, fully provided cases. To initiate timely legal action in requested NPA cases post receipt of requisite details and documents.. Reduction of cases filed. Recovery from bad debts, disposal loss, and fully provided contracts. Arranging of interim orders for repossession of assets. 5: Decision Making Authority (Describes the type of decisions made alone, those on which the manager must be consulted, those referred to a higher level, and job procedures to be followed). Staff powers -to recruit employees and appraise them Administration powers -grant leave to employees, grant reimbursement of the travel bills Allotment of cases to respective advocates post approval from ZLM.
