Job Description

To provide support in the legal sphere to the external and internal stakeholders and helping them in achieving broader goals of the organisation by adhering to the company values.Commitment , dedication and willing to work as a key player in challenging environment should be important attributes of the person holding the role. Ensuring effective management of all pending litigations in the zone by co ordinating with the empanelled advocates. To handle all type of litigations from end to end (Criminal , Civil, Ombudsman complaint, Consumer, Arbitration etc)including representations before the police authorities and co ordination with the external counsel. Law Graduate with minimum post qualification experience of 4 6years within the legal field. Bachelor of Law or any other equivalent qualification in law. Fluent in both written and spoken english. Fluent in Spoken Hindi. Should be dynamic and result oriented lawyer with quick adaptability to evolving laws and business practices. Adopting methods to improve the Win ratio by incorporating Judgments / and quality of replies before the Judicial Forums . Reducing Pendency of outstanding cases by initiating steps like pro active settlement wherever possible on due evaluation of merits and lapses as per agreed process.Ensure Litigation tracker updation with accuracy and completeness on monthy basis . Stakeholder management To assist Sales, Operations, RMCU, Admin HR, Claims and all other departments to their queries or support sought by them. To ensure inter and intra department interactions through frequent discussions / meetings to understand the requirements / ensuring adherence to the TATs wherever agreed. Knowledge sharing activities between the Team and Cross Functional Teams.
