Position: Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager-Campus Recruitment Essential Duties and Responsibilities: As a Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager Campus, you would be responsible for hiring teaching talent from premier institutes like IITs, NITs through both On & Off Campus channel. Responsibilities include, hiring, on boarding, managing performance during training, conducting soft-skill workshops, coaching & handholding candidates. Plan & visit Campus, Deliver Pre-Placement Talk, Conduct Test & Interview, video record applicants subject demonstration & get it reviewed by the management. Coordination of dates, venue & logistics. Manage Training Program & deliver soft skills training modules. Conduct on/off campus recruitment drive & manage relevant logistics (venue, hotel/guest house, travel etc) Follow up with candidates post recruitment process to ensure maximum turnout. Coordinate on-boarding activities of candidates. (Joining formalities, induction etc) During non-campus recruitment days, candidate would be involved in handholding & managing feedback of Campus recruited candidates. Candidate would also be responsible for conducting & coordinating various training programs. Qualification & Skill Requirements: Full time MBA with specialization in HR. 2+ Years experience in conducting campus recruitment. Proficient in mass communication (Pre-Placement Talk) Proficient in using MS Office. Expertise in job interviewing methods (STAR, Behavioral etc) Dynamic professional with excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter & has enterprising work style. Excellent oral & written communication skills. Proficient in drafting posters & formal email communication. Gender: Female Only Educational Qualification: Full time MBA/PGDM in HR.
