Responsible for designing department specific competency matrix and Understand true training needs of stakeholders.
Support Team HR in completion of Competency mapping process.
Translate training needs into excellent training solutions, with the right mix of lectures, workshops, e- learning, coaching etc. to ensure optimized learning effects.
Plan and execute learning and development calendar with learning Effectiveness plan.
Co-ordinate Management Development Program for First time managers and Leadership.
