Job Description

To extend the corporate reach for the company into the corporate houses with customer satisfaction and Profitability to the organization.
To manage relationship with major corporate houses to increase our share in their fleet.
To create incremental volume growth by penetrating into new corporate sectors and clients.
To plan activities with sales officers and dealerships of identified states for achieving corporate sales targets.
To handle bulk deal requirements directly i.e., Order generated in one location and deliveries spread across PAN India
To devise short term exclusive soft offers for certain corporate wherein maximum volumes can be achieved.
To forward all sales claims within 5 days of receipt.
To ensure dealer satisfaction by speedy settlement of Corporate Claims.
Liasoning with Leasing Companies to get incremental business.
Ensuring Manpower training at Channel Partners or Dealers end with optimum utilisation.
To coordinate with the sales officers to build a robust system in the dealer network to be able to cater to the clients needs from purchase till resale.
Ensure that vehicle are enlisted under CTC scheme & also the corporate offer reaches out to all Employees thru Intranet / email / notice boards.
Thorough in end to end Sales Knowledge. Basic of automobiles and dealer operations.
Positive Attitude, Assertive, Good Communication Skills, Microsoft skills. Multitasking, Advocacy, Should have a high enquiry level, self motivated and adapt to challenging situations.
