Responsible for data management & creating, preparing, distributing, and analyzing various operational metric reports for Operations.
Work with the stakeholders in proactively pointing out business initiatives to help drive benefits by identifying fraud, waste and abuse of Insurance claims
Analyze and document new reporting projects; which will include project scopes, time requirements, resource requirements, dependencies, and prioritizations .
Must have 5+ years of strong experience in stakeholder/client management for insurance claims or fraud.
Proficient in MS Excel (Aggregate functions, Pivots, Formatting, Tables, Others (outline, sorting, validation, text to columns, v-lookups)
Must have logical reasoning & aptitude skill.
Must have proficiency of SQL & Data Integration.
Knowledge of VBA macros (will be preferred).
