Job Description


Prepare the annual budget for administration function, for building required infrastructure in all the branches

Prepare annual plan and share with the regional heads to implement them and build required infrastructure in the phase manner and take financial cost into account

Frame guidelines and policies around maintenance of required infrastructure in the branches and ensure implementation of the same by the branch heads

Ensure maintenance and upkeep of all official utilities as per the administration plan, including , branches, and Stockyards

Manage office boys, housekeeping and security within prescribed budgets and handle the management of the contracts

Maintain AMC for all required equipments ( Water purifier, generator etc.) and timely coordinate with agencies for their maintenance

Manage all office related consumables like stationery, pantry etc. and ensuring timely procurement of the same in the branches and at corporate

Facilitate and establish system for catering to all employee requirements related to stay, hotel bookings, tie up with travel vendors, airline companies, fleet management etc.

Ensure correct documentation of agreements, contracts etc.

Coordinate with agencies (like MTNL, Airtel, etc.) on billing related issues relating to corporate connections

Check employee communication expense claims against entitlements and forward to Accounts for processing

Monthly Audit and evaluate branch infrastructure and facilities as per the MSIL guidelines

Responsible for preparing branch wise audit reports on infrastructure and rate all the branches. Report issues to branch heads and ask them to take necessary action for the same

Responsible for Creation of action plan for improvement & upkeep of branch level facilities and follow up for successful execution. Monitoring expenditure cost on infrastructure facilities and adhering to the budget

Responsible for standardization of infrastructure and facilities across Group to achieve differentiated consumer experience and feel and also to leverage increased scale to drive any cost benefit at a central level

Maintain records of vendors required for creation of facilities at the branches.

Drive a performance driven culture in the team by timely monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members
