15+ years of experience in Managerial role primarily in the development or integration services in OSS.
Project Management experience. Experience in Telecom, OSS, NMS, EMS Domain
Exposure and Experience in Wireless telecom domain standards: 2G, 3G, LTE, etc. and knowledge in NGOSS, eTOM, and OSS/J
Knowledge multi vendor products and telecommunication protocols such as SNMP, 3GPP CORBA, TMF CORBA, SOAP protocols and standards
Process/ Program Management experience with PMP Certification, ITIL etc
Exposure to OSS COTS products like NetAct, NetCool, HPOpenview, etc
Must have proven and excellent System/Solution Integration background
Prior work experience in managing team in Telecom field
experience experience in OSS/IT Management, System Administration operation (Troubleshooting, Configuration, Lab testing etc.)
