Delivery Management objectives in Onshore & Offshore Model for various

Be single point of contact for delivery and be the advocate between Service Delivery and the Customer.
Provide leadership and direction to Delivery teams.
Handle Operational Issues related to delivery center
Provide technical support and participate in the Change Control Board and/ or change control process.

Technical Knowledge & Solutioning - Solid technical experience with enterprise-level software implementations.
Able to identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business process
and management consulting analysis.
Project Management - Demonstrated ability to effectively drive positive change through holding others
accountable for execution and results in a collaborative environment. Manage scope of projects from inception to
closure. Define, develop, and actively manage implementation schedules and project budgets.
Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kickoff, ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project
scope, and mitigate risks.
Comply with project governance metrics that provide internal visibility of projects health.
Work with Resource Management to ensure company-wide goals for resource utilization are achieved.
Obtain a client satisfaction
rating per project and achieve a score at or exceeding corporate target benchmark.
Clearly define and articulate project risk items to client in a way that the risks are understood.
B.E./ B. Tech / MCA/ MBA from a recognised university
