Should seamlessly work on the MS office suite
Should have excellent communication skills and should be communicating with various stakeholders fluently
Should be customer centric
Good Telecom service delivery knowledge
Knowledge in Project Management tools & techniques
Should be able to balance the triple constraints (scope, quality, and cost) efficiently to meet the project requirements
Should possess adequate knowledge in SDH, DWDM & IP technologies
Appropriate level of technical management experience (covering Transmission and IP).
Good understanding of Quality Management standards.
To proactively address risks before they become issues.
The ability to effectively resolve delivery issues with internal & external customers and suppliers.
Produce clear and concise works instruction packages for internal and external resources.
Certification in project management is added advantage
