Job Description

- Responsible for recruitment delivery across PAN India - Maintaining and furthering relationships with clients by improving pre-and post-sale processes. - Should have managed P&L of 25Cr. - This role will have overall responsibility for the team P&L, detailed reporting, and analysis relating to both revenue and costs to help make key business decisions and also strictly measure team performance and track it with P&L on a quarterly basis. - Head the IT staff augmentation and increase the direct vendor ship. - Resolving problems and managing employee relations in a timely and effective manner. - Develop & create the brand name of the company. - Develop & acquire new clients and/or generate new leads of clients. - Ability to demonstrate work experience related to Full Recruiting Lifecycle. - Should have managed large programs in the past. - Have excellent customer facing skills. - Should come with prior or current experience in Delivery. - Should be able to identify and mitigate project/program risks. - Experience into effective client management systems and technology deliveries & influencing at the senior-most levels in the organization. - Experience in contract staffing - Experience in handling min of 50 member team, coaching, mentoring them to deliver to the Expectations - Prepare weekly, monthly strategy for fulfilling the positions and maintaining the productivity reports - Generate mandates from existing clients & mining those accounts for other business lines for opportunity - Manage the team of recruiters for daily sourcing, follow-ups & interview coordination & train them on latest technology - Recruitment Process Improvements: To Implement initiatives on recruitment planning process, reduction of recruitment lead-time & cost, tracking profile etc - Responsible to adhere to SLA's, Contract terms, Compliance and Co's ethics and values. - To follow-up with the client regularly to know the feedback on our services/delivery gaps & work on to sort out issues/challenges. - Responsible for designing strategies to continuously define the market and be competitive with respective vendors - Responsible for goal setting, performance reviews and development plan for the team members - Originate & manage client relationships effectively by understanding business space, market & client demands - Devising strategies for driving sales growth across the business including cross-selling focus & setting targets for new business development - Acting as a key contact for large customer accounts & forming strategic partnerships with large industry bodies & other companies to leverage existing networks. - Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.
