a. Masters in mathematics, statistics or computer science related field; PHD degree preferred
b. Typically requires 5 or more years of relevant quantitative and qualitative research and analytics experience+ knowledge of statistical techniques.
c. Should have programming skills (such as Hadoop MapReduce or other big data frameworks, Java), statistical modeling (like SAS or R).
d. Should have a deep understanding of statistical and predictive modeling concepts, machine-learning approaches, clustering and classification techniques, and recommendation and optimization algorithms.
e. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
f. Experience to Manage and/or provide guidance to junior members of the team.
g. Have Experience in data mining architectures, modeling standards, reporting, and data analysis methodologies + data mining performance issues.
