Prepare BRD, FSD, User Manuals, understand the requirements clearly at Finacle end and CRM end, prepare blueprints; prepare project plans, communicate with the developers and testers and ensure timely delivery .
Sr. Key Responsibilities
1 Requirement gathering and documentation of requirements, Provide download on scope, testing requirements & application walkthrough to the team.
2 Provide inputs to the team for making Test plans, Co-ordinate with client business team for further review and coverage, Analyse the defect raised against the requirements and participate in defect meetings.
3 Support the business users in UAT and in handling issues during implementation
4 Guide the QA team in creating and updating the test cases repository for future use
Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Essential Should have good Finance and Banking domain knowledge, Should have a good understanding of at least one key core banking solution (preferably Finacle and CRM), Expertise in customization and parameterization in core banking, must possess knowledge on API and Mobility based applications, should have knowledge on Database and SOAP UI.
Essential Good understanding of both Retail and Corporate Banking, Finacle, CRM, Database and SOAP UI, API and Mobile Banking applications.
