Job Description

Experience Required - Minimum 1 year to Maximum 2 Years Exp in Customer Support/ BPO preferably in Semi Voice process. Skill Sets Required - 1) Excellent speaking ability in English. 2) Should be able to speak in Hindi. 3) Hands - on expertise on Advanced Excel preparing MIS using Pivot Table, V-Look Up, H-look Up, Pivot Charts and related tools. Shifts - Day/ General fixed. 5 working days with weekend fixed off.
