Job Description

-Help create relevant branding, messaging & content, to enhance the main Customer Experience centre at the plant and 2 to 3 support centres across select COCOs -Supervise the maintenance of the facilities based on responsibilities defined in SOP, audit the facilities & services and share monthly report -Proactively think on how customer experiences can be improved, through tangible elements & intangible services Customer Management: -Present with the relevant content (from the above) to customers at the Experience Centre, in an effective manner using the technology and other elements available -Interact with customers and capture their feedback on all aspects from the products to their experience (as part of a formal process). Internal Team Management: -Liaison with operational executive of the Experience Centre (currently Vikas Soni) on planning presentations and other aspects of readiness based on the visitor profile -Plan & co-ordinate with the empanelled members for welcome / presentations at the Experience Centre and various stations of the plant tour. Ensure their availability / back-up based on visitor profile (as per SOP) -Co-ordinate with the Brand team & Marketing to update the content in various interactive elements at the Experience Centre -Creating monthly & quarterly reports on the content updates, presentation delivery at stations & customer engagement at various centres.
