*Must have experience in outbound/inbound Tech Support(8months-1year)
*Must know how to close their own calls
*Must be fluent in English
*Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer,
Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, iPhone, iPad
