Candidate profile : Candidate should be having excellent communication skills. Good at customer handling skills. Open to work for rotational shifts. Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure. Qualification : SSC having 1 year international voice experience into a BPO. HSC and Graduates having 6 Months domestic/international voice experience process into a BPO. HSC and Graduates Fresher's can also apply ( No Regular Students) Ex-Employees are always welcome, subject to eligibility. Job Description: Handling customer queries on calls Providing satisfactory resolution to meet stipulated SLA and AHT. Process: Australia Customer care UK Customer care Salary - 2.50 to 3.80 Lakhs CTC + incentives Additional Benefits:- Performance based incentives Free Home Pick & Drop facility will be provided 5 working days in a week.
