Job Description

Nature of experience: Sanctioning of Proposal as per the Company Policy & Authorization Metrics Prepare the Financial forecast for New / renewal of Trade Advance to various dealers & maintenance of existing credit facilities granted to them as per the Policy of the Organization A strategist with proven skills in implementing risk policies appraising credit proposals & scrutinizing relevant documents before sanctioning / disbursing the credit , ensuring compliance with organization credit policies Adroit at designing and implementing systems & procedures to ensure timely availability of business information necessary to facilitate critical decision making process Proficient at managing & leading teams for successful process operations & experience of developing procedures , service standards for business excellence Credit Administration - Sourcing credit proposals & scrutinizing relevant documents before sanctioning / disbursing the credit , ensuring compliance with organizational credit policies , CIBIL de- dupes etc. Monitoring securitized portfolio s transactions , pre and post disbursement documents tracking , monitoring of accounts for banking. Risk Management - Devising risk policies , managing risks & implementing effective mechanism to mitigate them. Framing guidelines for fraud control & checking segmentation of cases & briefing risk about dangerous segment of sourcing. Undertaking nonstarter updates to credit & identification of risks analyzing risks , mitigating risks , controlling & monitoring of risks arising by funding of certain profiles. Scanning documents to avoid frauds and skips by minimizing the losses & implementing recovery strategies in case of payment defaulters. Team Management - Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individuals & group targets. Streamlining efforts for attainment of short and long term goals of the company taking into care the mission & vision. Maintaining MIS & reports , evaluating them for facilitating decision making process.
