Job Description

-To be involved in developing and maintaining management information systems (MIS) for clients.
-To assist and advise clients on various FEMA related queries/issues, including preparation of fair valuation reports.
-To assist in various activities pertaining to mergers and acquisitions, including preparation of valuation reports, calculating fair valuation and handling related taxation issues.
-To overview/supervise accounting, taxation and related financial activities pertaining to clients.
-The designation would be dependent upon the years of experience.

Desired Candidate Profile -
- Chartered Accountant with 0-3 years experience
- Freshers should have had relevant experience during Aricleship
- Should have had experience in maintaining MIS for clients, FEMA, preparing valuation reports, merger and acquisition and handling related taxation and accounting issues
- Experience in client facing role required
- Should possess good written and oral communication skills
- Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Vadodara may only apply
