Facilitate and guide requirement definition workshop with the key client application users
Lead requirement gathering efforts (Business Process/Business Requirements/Legacy Systems/Application Mapping) for Veeva Implementation
Lead the deployment effort after production cutover
Support the clients on Veeva CRM and Veeva application
Work with end users to troubleshoot and resolve Veeva CRM issues
Configure Veeva CRM according to the client requirements
Hands on experience on Apex , Visualforce and Triggers
Optimize the application (Workflow/Configuration related optimization)
Responsible to develop custom Veeva components using Force.com customization and configuration as and when required
Excellent Troubleshooting, Analytical and Debugging skills in Force.com
Data Migration using Data Loader
Be responsible for post-production end-user support
Create Knowledge objects and user documentations
Understand Data and integration with different systems
Should have Overall IT Experience greater than 3-7 Years.
Should have Relevant Veeva/Salesforce Experience and minimum 3 Years of Veeva Experience.
Excellent written and spoken communications skills (English)
Problem Solving and Decision Making skills required.
Technical Leadership Skills
