Understand the client requirement for various technical / functional roles, identify potential candidates that will best fit the requirement and facilitate the hiring process from Search to Joining.
Coordinating with client / business managers for better understanding the position and fast closure.
Extensively work on the search tools like job sites, social media, internal and external databases.
Actively build database by connecting with candidates on linkedIn and other professional networking sites.
Head hunting for desired profiles whenever required.
This position calls for a very high attention to detail, ability to learn and educate oneself about clients business, technical and functional skills for mandates shared by the clients and excellent communication skills.
