> Interacting with the assigned clients to understand on requirements. > Identify,source and screen suitable profiles with a sense of commitment and urgency. > Review and validate profiles and candidate credentials to match with client requirements. > Constant follow-up with clients and candidates to analyse the progress of open mandates. > Meet,assess and coach prospective available candidates to discuss on the profile details and build professional rapport as a point of contact.Gather and provide basic client information to shortlisted candidates before sending for the interview. > Develop and maintain network of contacts for effective and appropriate usage. > Constant research on new and existing skill sets useful for hiring. > Maintain various weekly trackers based on profiles sent,client requirements and closures. > Document and provide feedback to candidates from time-to-time at each stage of interview. > Providing support to selected candidates on offer negotiation, joining formalities assistance. > Invoicing on Intranet, and co-ordinate with the Accounts team on invoices till the payment is released by the clients as per the contract agreements, made for each placement.
