Should have a thorough understanding of Schemas , PCR , Gross to Net Payroll , Taxation including P60, P35, P45 reports
Should possess complete knowledge on RTI reports
Should possess knowledge of working on custom PI/XI Interfaces.
Exposure with coordinating with other teams including Basis , Security etc. Some knowledge on PI is desirable.
Experience in working with Onsite client with minimal communication and guidance.
Should be strong in Payroll and Time Modules
Minimum 5+ years of HCM Configuration experience, including configuration, testing and production support
Experience in ECC 6.0 EHP6 HCM Performance Management and Talent Management
- Configure Appraisal templates (flexible templates)
- Aggregation of ratings
- Knowledge and experience in Personnel Administration and Organization management
- Experience in Unit testing and QA testing
Should have worked on E2E implementation & support projects
