Job Description

C&B Process Deployment
Provide data and analytics for annual compensation review process
Assist in developing a proposal for annual salary review
Develop necessary inputs and templates for system deployment and integration
Appraise e HR team of changes in Compensation for system incorporation
Conduct analytics on compensation and provide outputs as required from time to time.
HR Policy - Implementation, Adherence, Review and Communication
Provide data and analytics for Benefits and Policy review process
Assist in developing / modifying various employee benefit and other relevant policies
Appraise eHR team of changes in Policies for system incorporation and communication
Monitor and respond to various queries and suggestions related to benefits and policies
Employee Mobility management within the Group Companies
Calculate and work out the fitment of Group personnel movement into the Company
Provide necessary details to Group HR for fitment and allied purposes for Company employees being transferred within Group.
Track and inform HR leadership on Group Transfer Policy changes.
Reward and Recognition (R&R) policy deployment and adherence
