This role will work closely with UK rewards team as well, hence learning opportunities would be immense for the incumbent.
The person will manage the Global Mobility Team also.
To lead the total rewards function by effectively conceptualizing and delivering the rewards strategy. Responsible for designing, developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs. Acts as a consultant to senior management and liaises closely with the group rewards team to align with the group rewards programs.
